You always rent the whole house.

Standard price 360 per night
Cleaning costs 100 per stay (one-off charge)
Winter period (from 1 October to 30 April): heating supplement of €25 per night
👉High season minimum stay of 7 nights
👉 Outside the high season : minimum stay of 4 nights during school holidays
Outside school holidays minimum stay of 2 nights

The total amount includes :
the household linen (sheets and towels)
the water and electricity costs
